Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until it becomes crumbly in texture.
Use your hands to knead the dough for a few minutes until it starts to come together into a ball. If it still feels too dry, add 1 tablespoon of additional Greek yogurt at a time until the dough resembles a slightly sticky pizza dough consistency.
Sprinkle a little flour on a flat surface and roll out the dough with a floured rolling pin.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or form into mini pizzas. Top with your favorite pizza sauce and add desired toppings. Cook on the bottom rack for 12-15 minutes.
