3-Ingredient Pizza Dough with Greek Yogurt {No Yeast}

Get pizza on the table in no time with this super simple 3 ingredient pizza dough with yogurt! Your pizza lovers will enjoy homemade pizza faster than ever!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 3/4 cup white whole wheat or whole wheat flour (can also use all purpose flour)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until it becomes crumbly in texture.
  • Use your hands to knead the dough for a few minutes until it starts to come together into a ball. If it still feels too dry, add 1 tablespoon of additional Greek yogurt at a time until the dough resembles a slightly sticky pizza dough consistency.
  • Sprinkle a little flour on a flat surface and roll out the dough with a floured rolling pin.
  • Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or form into mini pizzas. Top with your favorite pizza sauce and add desired toppings. Cook on the bottom rack for 12-15 minutes.
