4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Dip

Made with just a handful of simple ingredients, this healthy 4 ingredient peanut butter dip is the perfect way to entice your little ones to eat more fruit! It's perfectly sweet, creamy and so delicious!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Measure the yogurt into a coffee filter set in a fine wire mesh strainer over a medium bowl. Place in the refrigerator and allow liquid to strain from the yogurt for at least 30 minutes or for up to several hours.
  • Add the strained yogurt to a bowl along with the peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Serve dip with apple slices, fresh fruit, pretzels or graham crackers.
