Made with just a handful of simple ingredients, this healthy 4 ingredient peanut butter dip is the perfect way to entice your little ones to eat more fruit! It's perfectly sweet, creamy and so delicious!
Measure the yogurt into a coffee filter set in a fine wire mesh strainer over a medium bowl. Place in the refrigerator and allow liquid to strain from the yogurt for at least 30 minutes or for up to several hours.
Add the strained yogurt to a bowl along with the peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla.
Stir until well combined.
Serve dip with apple slices, fresh fruit, pretzels or graham crackers.
