Delight your family with this adorable Christmas fruit wreath recipe on your holiday table! It’s the perfect way to celebrate the holiday season in style while enjoying plenty of nutrient- rich fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 5 green kiwis peeled
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
  • 2 fresh strawberries

Instructions

  • Peel and slice the kiwis into ½ inch slices. Next, cut each of the kiwi slices in half.
  • Get out a large plate. Overlap two the kiwi slice halves so that they’re slightly angled.
  • Continue around the plate until a wreath shape has been formed (see pictures in post above).
  • Evenly distribute the pomegranate arils around the wreath to act as decorations.
  • For the bow, slice the stems off of the strawberries. Cut the strawberries in half lengthways. With one of the strawberries, cut one of the halves in half again lengthways.
  • On the bottom of the kiwi wreath, arrange the two larger strawberries halves so that the smaller tips are facing each other like the top of a bow.
  • Underneath, place the two strawberry quarters so that the thicker parts are touching the top of the bow. Cut a small square out of the edge of a kiwi slice and place in the middle of the bow. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
