Created by Elysia Cartlidge
Servings: 4 crackers
Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
These adorable flower crackers are a great way to offer some extra fruit and fiber for Easter or any spring gathering! Made with whole grain crackers, pretzel sticks, peanut butter, and an assortment of fresh fruits, these delicious fruit flowers can be served as a healthy snack or added to any charcuterie board, cheese tray, or appetizer table for a healthy spring treat!

Ingredients

  • 4 large circle crackers (I used Breton)
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 6 green grapes
  • 1 raspberry
  • 7 blueberries
  • 1 mandarin orange, peeled
  • 1 -2 strawberries
  • 4 pretzel sticks

Instructions

  • Get out desired number of crackers. Spread each cracker thinly with some peanut butter.
  • Cut the grapes into halves or quarters if serving to younger children. Arrange the grapes around the perimeter of the cracker. Place a raspberry in the center.
  • On another cracker, arrange blueberries in a circular pattern around the perimeter of the cracker. Place half a grape in the center.
  • On another cracker, arrange halved mandarin orange slices in a circular pattern around the perimeter of the cracker. Place a halved grape in the center.
  • On another cracker, place sliced strawberries in a circular pattern around the perimeter of the cracker. Place a blueberry in the center.
  • If you wish to make a stem, place pretzel sticks at the bottom of each flower cracker. Arrange two green quartered grapes on the "stem" for leaves. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • These fruit designs are just some ideas. Feel free to switch up your flower designs depending on the fruit you have available.
  • If serving these crackers to children under the age of 5, quarter the grapes lengthways before arranging on the crackers (or before serving) to minimize risk of choking.
  • These flower crackers are best served fresh since the moisture from the fruit can soften the crackers if left to sit for too long.
