It's easy to make a creamy, flavourful smoothie even without the usual smoothie fixings! Learn how to make a smoothie without yogurt or banana with simple ingredients your kids will absolutely love!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 cups diced frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup diced frozen pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp hearts or chia seeds
  • Small handful of baby spinach

Instructions

Notes

  • If you don't have a high-power blender, start by blending half of the frozen fruit at a time. Once the smoothie has reached a smooth consistency, add the rest of the frozen fruit and continue mixing until smooth and creamy.
  • I used light canned coconut milk to make it ultra-creamy. I would avoid using full-fat since it may be too thick.
  • Add a small amount of maple syrup if this smoothie isn't quite sweet enough for your kids.
