If you don't have a high-power blender, start by blending half of the frozen fruit at a time. Once the smoothie has reached a smooth consistency, add the rest of the frozen fruit and continue mixing until smooth and creamy.
I used light canned coconut milk to make it ultra-creamy. I would avoid using full-fat since it may be too thick.
Add a small amount of maple syrup if this smoothie isn't quite sweet enough for your kids.
