This simple 2-ingredient ranch dip is packed with protein and tangy herbs to add a burst of flavor to meals and snacks! It couldn't be much easier to make and lasts in the fridge for days, so you can make a batch and serve it all week long. Easy, nutritious, and delicious...what's not to love?

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Blend cottage cheese in a high power mini blender until smooth and creamy. Stir in 1 1/2 tablespoons ranch seasoning. Feel free to add a bit of lemon juice too, if desired.
  • Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to come together.

Notes

  • Let it rest. It takes time for the dried herbs to rehydrate and release their flavor. I like to let this dip sit overnight for maximum flavor.
  • For thicker dip: If you prefer your dip on the thicker side, use a higher fat percentage of cottage cheese.
