Created by Elysia Cartlidge
Servings: 6 - 8 servings
Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
These ultra-creamy avocado fudgesicles taste just like chocolate pudding pops with no avocado taste at all! They're the easiest way to serve your little ones healthy fats and cool down at the same time. Make a stash to keep in your freezer all summer long!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, skin and pit removed
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons milk or milk alternative
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Place the avocados in the food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the cocoa powder, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt, if using. Blend on high until the ingredients have broken down.
  • Give the pudding a good stir and continue blending until very smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust according to personal preference. You may wish to add more milk if you want the pudding to be a thinner consistency, more maple syrup if you'd like it to be sweeter or more cocoa powder if you want it to be richer in flavor.
  • Divide pudding mixture into your popsicle mold. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until frozen solid. Serve frozen and enjoy!
